McCallough added that "the suspect shouted 'Free Palestine' and the attack occurred during a regular peaceful weekly event. Witnesses report the suspect used an improvised blowtorch and threw an incendiary device at the crowd." The FBI believes the suspect acted alone, contrary to reports of an accomplice.
