Shooting at California mosque: 'Anti-Islamic writings' found in suspects' vehicle

|
Police investigators in San Diego, California, reported that "anti-Islamic writings" were found in the vehicle where the bodies of Kane Clark (17) and Caleb Vasquez (18) were located – who shot three people to death at a mosque in the city. They noted that before the incident, one of them took a firearm from his parents' home and left a suicide note. In addition, the words "hate speech" were written on one of the weapons used. Police further reported that they received a report in the morning from the mother of one of the suspects, who warned that her minor son had fled the home in a suicidal state along with another person while wearing camouflage clothing. The mother reported the absence of several firearms and her vehicle.
