Fox Corporation donates $1 million to support terror victims in Israel

The Fox Corporation, the owner of the Fox News channel, donated $1 million to the Jewish Federation of New York (UJA-NY) to support the victims of terrorism in Israel, and to book flights for Israelis who are abroad and wish to return and enlist in the reserves. Families whose relatives were killed, wounded or kidnapped will receive financial assistance through the Jewish Agency's Fund for Victims of Terrorism. Thousands who sheltered in protected areas and witnessed the fighting firsthand will receive trauma care and counseling. Holocaust survivors will be provided with improved services and support, including food, medicine and home care. In addition, donations to the fund will help purchase equipment for the hospitals in the south, and for the benefit of military officials and their families (Daniel Edelson, New York)
