US forces kill ISIS second-in-command in Iraq, Trump says

U.S. forces killed Abdallah Maki Mosleh al-Rifai, the second-in-command of the Islamic State group in Iraq, President Donald Trump announced Saturday.
"Today the fugitive leader of ISIS in Iraq was killed. He was relentlessly hunted down by our intrepid warfighters," Trump wrote in a social media post. He ended the statement with: "PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH!"
