Former hostage Yarden Bibas tearfully eulogized his children, Kfir and Ariel, who were murdered along with their mother, Shiri, while in Hamas captivity.
"Chuki, you made me a father. You made us a family. You taught me what truly matters in life and what responsibility means. Ariel, I hope you're not angry with me for not protecting you the way I should have, for not being there for you. I hope you know that I thought of you every day, every minute. I hope you're enjoying heaven. I’m sure you're making all the angels laugh with your jokes and impressions.
"Kfir, I never thought our family could be more perfect, and then you came along and made it even more so. I remember during your birth, the midwife suddenly stopped everything, and we panicked, afraid that something had gone wrong. But it was just so she could tell us that we had another redhead. Your mother and I laughed and were so happy."
