Dozens of pro-Israel demonstrators gathered at the entrance to the Israeli Consulate in New York, while a pro-Palestinian protest was taking place there. The demonstrators chanted "Am Yisrael Chai" and "United the Jews will never be defeated," while waving Israeli flags and holding signs in memory of the Israeli victims.
One of the demonstrators, Raz Levi, told Ynet, "We’re Israeli students living in the city, we lost friends in the war with some still missing. We came to express our support for Israel."
