The U.S. Department of Justice has notified the U.S. Court of International Trade that it intends to appeal the ruling that blocked President Donald Trump's tariff plan. This comes after the court gave the administration 10 days to complete the tariff suspension process. White House spokesman Kush Desai stated, "Unfair trade relations have shaken American communities, and unelected judges should not be the ones deciding how to handle this national emergency. The President will use every executive lever of power to address this crisis."
