World's oldest Holocaust survivor dies at 113

Rose Girone, the oldest known Holocaust survivor, died late Monday at age 113. Born in Poland, Girone fled Nazi persecution by escaping to Shanghai before immigrating to the United States in 1947.
On her most recent birthday, Girone attributed her longevity to "wonderful children and lots of dark chocolate."
