U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a Fox News interview that under the developing deal with Iran, American inspectors will monitor Iranian nuclear sites to ensure they are not used for military purposes. According to him, "American presence must be on the ground. If you're truly not building nuclear weapons – there's no reason not to allow inspection of all facilities. One of the failures of Obama's agreement was that there was no possibility to inspect military facilities – and that's exactly where they would likely try to build weapons. We know that Iran previously had a secret program they didn't report on."
