Opsfleet acquires Raven Data to expand into AI and data engineering

Israeli tech infrastructure firm expands into data engineering and applied AI with multimillion-shekel acquisition of boutique consultancy founded by former IDF intelligence officer, aiming for growth in European markets

Opsfleet, a provider of end-to-end technology infrastructure services, said Monday it acquired Raven Data, a boutique data and artificial intelligence consultancy founded by Israeli entrepreneur Omer Fogel. The deal, valued in the millions of shekels, marks a strategic expansion for Opsfleet into the fast-growing AI and data sector.
The acquisition positions Opsfleet to offer a more comprehensive suite of services, including cloud infrastructure design, modernization, cost optimization, full-cycle data engineering, analytics and applied AI implementation.

Raven Data was founded in 2019 by Fogel, a former IDF Intelligence Corps officer with experience across several tech startups. The company began by offering consumer-behavior analytics for business-to-consumer firms and later expanded into enterprise data systems, analytics and AI. It has grown profitably without outside investment and now serves leading Israeli tech firms, with operations expanding into Europe.
Based in Tel Aviv, Opsfleet was founded by CEO Leonid Mirsky and CTO Alex Friedman. The company employs about 80 people and supports cloud migration, system modernization and complex infrastructure projects for startups, scaleups and large enterprises. It reports growing demand for AI systems that go beyond model development to include architectural planning, integration with core systems and scalable deployment.
As part of the deal, Raven Data will operate as a dedicated unit within Opsfleet, keeping its technical autonomy while accelerating its growth in Israel, the United Kingdom and other European markets.

“The market is moving beyond theoretical AI initiatives toward real, production-ready solutions that must integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure,” Opsfleet leadership said in a statement. “Combined with Raven Data’s capabilities, Opsfleet is uniquely positioned to deliver practical, scalable, end-to-end solutions.”
The acquisition reflects a wider trend in the tech industry, as companies increasingly seek partners capable of embedding AI and data capabilities directly into their core technology infrastructure.
