Hamburger anyone? here's how to make a great one at home

It takes but minutes with no prep time at all, perfect for Independence Day lunch

Here's how to make yourself a classic hamburger meal in the comfort of your own kitchen, in under five minutes.
Delicious Episode 17 - A tempting Hamburger

What you need
200 grams of finely chopped, good quality beef (20% fat, tops)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. canola oil or goose fat, or beef fat
To serve
1 bun
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 tsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. mustard
iceberg lettuce

What to do
Heat a flat pan, preferably made of iron
Add oil
Place the beef paddy and fry for 2 minutes on one side
Turn over and fry for another minute
On the bun, spread your mayo on one side and your mustard on the other and place your lettuce on the bottom
Put your meat on top of the lettuce and add tomatoes and onions before closing the bun up
Now you can eat
