Ahavat Hashem Gordon, 20, married his partner, Oren Levy, 19, on Sunday evening in an especially lavish celebration attended by no fewer than 1,000 guests. The couple wed at the HaYaar events venue in Hadera, with chef Avi Biton overseeing the food.
The bride’s brother escorted the couple to the chuppah, accompanied by a band. Among the well-known guests expected to hit the dance floor were singers Ben Tzur, Liam Golan, Liad Meir and Moshe Korsia.

Fittingly for Gordon, a boxing ring was set up at the venue to serve as a professional photo station for guests.

Gordon is the youngest of eight siblings, with all the boys in the family involved in Muay Thai and kickboxing. Like him, his brothers all bear names invoking God: Otzmat Hashem, Teshurat Hashem, Emunat Hashem, Kibdi-Ya Hashem, Simchat Hashem Belibenu and Ruach Hashem, who is also a boxer.

Their mother, who was born in Hong Kong and has roots in Thailand and the Philippines, converted to Judaism after meeting Dr. Azriel Gordon and changed her name to Haninat Hashem. The family patriarch died four years ago, and since then she has primarily accompanied her younger sons to competitions.
