When Seinfeld didn’t respond, Halperin asked, "Maybe?" to which Seinfeld replied, "I don’t care about Palestine," before walking away. "That's sad," said Halperin, who calls himself an "ambush activist" and has around 35,000 Instagram followers.
This isn't his first attempt to confront Seinfeld or other celebrities. In November 2024, Halperin posted a video shouting at Seinfeld, "Jerry, Jerry, don’t support genocide. Please, stop supporting Israel,” he sang to the tune of Seinfeld’s opening theme.

Since then, he's faced protests at his shows. In June, a demonstrator was removed from his performance in Australia. In May, at a stand-up show in Virginia, a protester accused him of supporting genocide. Seinfeld also encountered protesters at Duke University and was called a "Nazi scum" at a Jewish community event.
