Six months after they got married, Israeli model Mishel Gerzig and her husband, Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, are expecting a baby. The two announced the pregnancy in a joint post that appeared on social media in which they wrote: "Our love is growing. We can't wait to meet you."

The two met on Instagram two and a half years ago through mutual friends. He sent her a message, they started corresponding, and in April 2021 she arrived in Madrid for a photo shoot. A few weeks later, rumors started on Spanish websites about the new relationship, and days later the two confirmed the news. At the end of July he already asked her to move in with him, and since then the photogenic couple has been starring in the sports and gossip sections all over the world. In June the couple got engaged during a romantic vacation on a yacht.
The couple got married in an exclusive event in Cannes, in the south of France, alongside colleagues and family members.
