Sweat meatballs in sauce, a quick meal to serve before Shabbat

What you need
• 500 grams ground turkey
• 1 tsp. oat bran
• 2 eggs
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Spring onions, finely chopped
• Salt, pepper
• 1 tsp. sweet paprika
For the sauce
1 tbs. oil
2 chopped onions
1 bag of frozen string beans
800 grams of canned crushed tomatoes
200 grams of tomato paste
1 tbs brown sugar
Juice from half a lemon
Salt, pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups of water
What to do
1. For meatballs, mix ingredients and cool for at least half an hour.
2. For the Sauce, heat oil in a big pot, add onions and fry until golden. Then add the frozen beans and steam for a few minutes until soft. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, including the water and mix well. Bring to a boil.
3. Roll the meat into balls and add them into the sauce, lower the heat, cover and cook for some 40 minutes.
4. Serve with rice, or mashed potatoes.
