Wrestling legend arrives in Israel to attend premiere of movie based on his life and support families of hostages: 'I will do everything I can to help'

Wearing a dog tag and the Bring Them Home shirt which have become synonymous with the struggle for the release of the Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas in Gaza, wrestling icon Kevin Von Erich attended the screening of the movie The Iron Claw, which tells his life's story.

Von Erick came to the screening held at the Lev Cinema in Tel Aviv after already visiting the Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum, including Eli Shtivi, whose son Idan Shtivi was kidnapped from the NOVA music festival, and was personally invited by the wrestler to the premiere.

On Friday, he held a meeting with children of the Gaza border communities during which he also gave a wrestling lesson. He then toured around the region and met fans. Next week, he is scheduled to meet with President Isaac Herzog in Jerusalem.
