Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of high-protein yogurt
- 8 cubes of dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp. sugar substitute

Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and activate for three minutes.
- Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- You can dip the ice cream in melted chocolate for an added delight and freeze return to the freezer for another while.
