This summer’s hit: Homemade ice cream

A quick, protein-rich snack that’s easy to make at home offers a refreshing and nutritious way to cool down after a good workout

Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of high-protein yogurt
  • 8 cubes of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar substitute

Instructions:
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and activate for three minutes.
  2. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. You can dip the ice cream in melted chocolate for an added delight and freeze return to the freezer for another while.
