While many Hollywood couples share almost every detail of their lives on social media, Zendaya and Tom Holland have chosen a different path.
The two, considered among the entertainment world’s most popular and closely watched couples, have gone to considerable lengths to protect their privacy, particularly when it comes to the London home they share.

According to reports cited by luxury architecture and design magazine Architectural Digest, Holland originally purchased the west London property in 2018, before the couple publicly confirmed their relationship.
The home was reportedly bought for around £2.5 million and later underwent an extensive renovation lasting approximately three years.
Published reports say the property now includes six bedrooms, a private movie theater, a gym and redesigned living spaces tailored to the couple’s needs. The renovation reportedly cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and the property was subsequently valued at around £3.5 million.
Although Zendaya and Holland own other properties, both together and separately in the United States, London appears to have become their main base in recent years.

Zendaya, who was born and raised in California, has previously spoken about her affection for the quieter pace of life in Britain, far from Hollywood’s spotlight. Their decision to make a home in suburban London was reportedly deliberate. British design publications have said the couple wanted a place where they could enjoy life together away from paparazzi and the intensity of Los Angeles.
The house is also located near Holland’s family, allowing the pair to maintain as private and ordinary a routine as possible.
Despite the enormous public interest surrounding them, Zendaya and Holland have revealed almost no photographs from inside the home. That secrecy has only made it one of the most intriguing properties associated with a young Hollywood couple.
