Israel’s housing market continues to cool, with the Central Bureau of Statistics reporting a 0.3% decline in home prices for August–September 2025 compared to July–August 2025. This marks another step in the downward trend following recent months of stagnation and slight declines.
Year-over-year, home prices rose by just 0.5%, a sharp slowdown from previous years, signaling that the once-hot real estate market may be stabilizing amid tighter economic conditions and higher interest rates.
