Israeli figure skater Maria Seniuk advanced Tuesday evening to the final of the short program at the Winter Olympics in Milan.
Seniuk, 20, was the fourth skater to take the ice and earned a score of 58.61 points — enough to secure her place among the 24 skaters advancing to the final.
Meanwhile, in the bobsled event, Israeli duo Adam Edelman and Chen Menachem completed their third run in 57.64 seconds. With a cumulative time of 2:52.24 minutes, they finished in 26th and last place. As a result, they did not advance to the fourth and decisive run, which is reserved for the top 20 pairs.
