More than $90 billion a year flows through Tipalti's once-unfashionable corner of finance

Tipalti has turned the unglamorous machinery of accounts payable and mass payments into a global finance platform, processing more than $90 billion annually; the company says it has raised $750 million and employs more than 1,000 people

Tipalti started from a simple operational problem: companies were growing faster than their payment systems.
