Instead of wrapping more security tools around consumer browsers, Island built the browser itself for the enterprise, embedding identity, application and data controls into the main workspace and turning a familiar tool into a security control point

Rather than treating the browser as another endpoint to secure, Island built its product around the browser as a control point for work, creating a distinct enterprise-security category around a tool employees use every day.
