Priority Software rolls out AI agents to power next-gen ERP

Priority ERP V26.0 adds aiERP Companion and specialized AI agents to automate finance, sales and supply chain tasks, surface insights and streamline enterprise workflows

Priority Software, a global provider of AI-based cloud ERP and business management tools, announced on Sunday Priority ERP V26.0, a new release that expands the embedded AI strategy the company introduced with aiERP in June 2025.
The release centers on the new aiERP Companion and a growing set of specialized AI agents designed to automate processes, surface insights and coordinate work across the enterprise through natural-language prompts.

Priority said the aiERP Companion works inside Priority ERP, activating agents built into core modules including finance, sales and supply chain. The agents analyze signals, enrich and validate data and carry out operational tasks, including creating journal entries and receipt postings, assisting with invoice processing, setting up vendors and products, generating purchase orders and performing inventory checks, counts and forecasts.
Together, the aiERP Companion and agents form what the company described as an intelligent backbone that coordinates workflows across departments and scales with changing business needs.
The company said the aiERP Companion is designed to improve the user experience by allowing users to ask questions, issue instructions and approve actions in natural language, while the system brings together the relevant actions, help, data and insights. Priority said this can help users complete tasks faster, more efficiently and with fewer errors.
Priority said the architecture is designed for continuous expansion as the company builds out its agent ecosystem. In upcoming releases, the agents are expected to use advanced analytics to detect anomalies, forecast collections and trigger automated workflows, moving operational intelligence closer to real time.
The company said the goal is to augment existing ERP capabilities with embedded AI services that are resilient, auditable and suited to enterprise workloads.
V26.0 also includes AI-assisted analytics creation, descriptive analytics for charts and reports and AI-assisted reconciliations aimed at speeding up matching for banks, accounts and credit cards.
“Our focus is outcomes,” Priority CEO Sagive Greenspan said. “The aiERP Companion and specialized agents analyze signals, trigger workflows and execute routine operations inside the ERP, reducing manual effort while elevating decision quality and on-time performance across the business.”
Priority Software provides business management solutions for organizations of various sizes and industries, from cloud ERP platforms for multinational corporations to tools for small and growing businesses. The company says it serves 75,000 customers in 70 countries through offices in the United States, Britain, Belgium and Israel and a global partner network.
