Low-cost airline Wizz Air announced Wednesday a “Pink Friday” sale offering 30% off selected flights for bookings made through its website and app until midnight Friday. A search on the airline’s website reveals a variety of low-cost opportunities to European destinations. For example, a round-trip ticket to Vilnius in January now costs just 243 shekels (about $74), down from 316 shekels before the discount.
A February round-trip to Krakow, Poland, is available for 271 shekels (about $83), formerly 356 shekels, and a December getaway to Thessaloniki is now priced at 283 shekels (about $87). Other notable deals include round-trip tickets to London for 485 shekels (about $148) and Vienna for 397 shekels (about $121). Note that prices do not include checked baggage, and adding a trolley bag costs an additional 186 shekels ($57) for round-trip Wizz Air flights.
EL AL also unveiled its Black Friday sale. Beginning Thursday and lasting four days, the Israel national carrier will offer discounted fares to various destinations. Deals include round-trip tickets to the U.S. and Tokyo from $999, London from $399, Paris from $349, and Rome from $299.
EL AL said in a statement: “The sale opens Thursday morning and will run through midnight Sunday for flights departing between January 8 and March 17, 2026. The promotion is open to the general public and can be booked via EL AL’s website or travel agents.” Round-trip LITE tickets—featuring a trolley and backpack—will be available, while CLASSIC fare tickets to the U.S. include a checked bag, trolley and seat selection. Participating destinations include all U.S. routes, Tokyo, Paris, London, Milan, Rome and various Sun d’Or destinations under EL AL Group.
Israeli airline Arkia also announced a November Black Friday promotion. “Starting Thursday at 5:00 p.m., we will launch a Black Friday sale with 15% off flights and vacation packages to various Arkia destinations, valid for travel through December 13,” the company said in a statement. The sale runs through Sunday at 9:00 a.m., and bookings can be made via the website or call center.
Meanwhile, Romanian airline Animawings introduced an eye-catching 50% discount on all flights. A round-trip from Tel Aviv to Bucharest in April is now just 60 euros, including seat selection and a trolley bag. The promotion applies to travel between March 29, 2026 and October 25, with sales beginning Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and ending at midnight Saturday.
