Elbit Systems' U.S. subsidiary has received a delivery order worth about $212 million to continue producing advanced night vision systems for the U.S. Army.
The Israeli defense company announced on Tuesday that deliveries of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Binocular systems, known as ENVG-B, will continue through 2028. The order was awarded to Elbit Systems of America’s Night Vision unit.

According to the company, the U.S. Army has previously divided production of the systems among several vendors, but Elbit Systems of America was the only prime supplier selected for this delivery order.
The ENVG-B system is designed to improve soldiers’ visibility and situational awareness in low-light and no-light conditions. It combines image intensification with thermal imaging and supports augmented reality overlays and passive targeting.
Elbit Systems President and CEO Bezhalel “Butzi” Machlis said the order reflects continued confidence in the company’s night vision technology and follows earlier orders under a program first awarded in 2023.

Elbit Systems, traded on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, employs more than 20,000 people worldwide and develops defense technologies across air, land, naval, cyber and intelligence domains.
