Dozens of Israelis from the Jewish community in Atlanta attended the Washington Wizard's game against the Hawks to support 22-year-old Israeli forward Deni Avdija, and at the end of the game they spontaneously began to sang Israel's national anthem "Hatikva," joined by the emotional Avdija wrapped in the Israeli flag.

"It's been a long time since the last time I was moved like this," Avdia wrote in a story he posted on his Instagram account. The fans also chanted "Am Yisrael Chai" during the game met Avdija, who came to greet and talk to them in the stands after the anthem.
