Ingredients (serves 6):
  • 500 ml (2 cups) heavy cream
  • 400 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, well mashed
  • ½ cup (60 grams) chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup (120 grams) chopped pecans
  • 1 cup (100 grams) dried banana chips
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), chopped

Instructions:
  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat just until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the mashed bananas, nuts, banana chips and chopped chocolate.
  4. Freeze until solid. Before serving, allow the ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature for easy scooping.
