There’s nothing like a biscuit cake to bring back childhood memories, and this recipe offers an elegant take on the classic favorite—perfect for celebrating Israel’s 77th Independence Day.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of dark chocolate
- 50 grams of milk chocolate
- 300 grams of cream
- 20 tea biscuits
- 20 chocolate-flavored biscuits
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Chop all biscuits in a bowl, then heat the cream in a pot and remove it before it boils. Pour the cream on the chocolate and let it melt. Then mix into a smooth mixture.
- Pour a thin layer of the melted chocolate on the bottom of your baking pan, cover with biscuits and brush over with milk. Let the biscuits absorb the milk.
- Continue to build your cake by repeating and top the construction with cream
- Cool for 12 hours and serve cold.
