Make a caprese salad with a twist

This unique recipe packs everything that makes a salad delicious while serving and presenting it in a creative way that's sure to wow guests

Ingredients:

1 mozzarella ball.
A handful of arugula leaves.
10 cherry tomatoes.
A handful of basil leaves.
1 red onion, peeled.
A drizzle of olive oil.
Salt.
Reduced balsamic vinegar.

Instructions:

1. Boil water in a small pot. Place the mozzarella ball in the hot water for 30 seconds.
2. Remove the mozzarella and carefully transfer it to a smooth surface. Roll it out with a rolling pin until you get a thin sheet of mozzarella.
3. Place a handful of arugula leaves in the center of the mozzarella and roll it into a long, thin roll. Slice it into pieces (like sushi) and arrange on a plate.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and slice the onion into thin strips. Season the vegetables with salt and place them around the rolled mozzarella on the plate.

5. Drizzle olive oil and reduced balsamic vinegar over everything, sprinkle basil leaves and serve.
