Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon baharat
- 2 tablespoons silan (date syrup)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (if you have at home)
- 2 cans tuna in oil
- ½ package of pasta (any kind you like)

Preparation:
- In a medium pot, bring plenty of water to a boil and cook the pasta until tender—about 12 to 14 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a sauté pan and add the garlic, paprika, tomato paste, silan, salt, and oregano. Sauté everything together for 5 minutes.
- Add the tuna (without the oil) and cook together for another 5 minutes.
- Add ¾ cup of water and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked pasta, mix well until it’s fully coated in sauce, and serve.
